Jacob: stands up and leads her to the exit

Peyton: follows Jacob

Jacob: is taking everything really badly, he tries calling James and when he doesn't answer he panics, but he doesn't let it show, he thinks "what if something happened to James too!" But says nothing

Peyton: keeps thinking over and over again that it is her fault that her mother is dead. She calls Cleo

Cleo: answers Hey! She sounds cheery

Jacob: if that's you sister ask her if she knows where James is

Peyton: Do you know where James is?

Cleo: No. Why?

Jacob: where in the world could he be? He looks at Peyton

Peyton: I don't know where he could be.

Cleo: Is everything ok?

Peyton: No

Jacob: where is she we need to tell her.....

Peyton: Where are you?

Cleo: I am at the mall with Tori. Why?

Jacob: tell her to come home

Peyton: Dad wants you to come home.

Cleo: Why? Am I in trouble for something?

Peyton: We will explain when you get home.

I changes my mind, James is about 5 or 6 and he is at home
Jacob: pulls in the driveway and looks at the ground as he walks inside
James: runs over to him....daddy!
Jacob: smiles and picks him up, hey kiddo....
James: where is momma?
Jacob: is silent....he doesn't know what to say.
James: dad?

Peyton: looks down at the floor. James was just a little kid, how would he react to finding out that their mother was dead? She felt really bad now that she couldn't help protect her mother. She runs off to her room

Cleo: soon walks inside

Jacob: looks at her, okay I need to talk to you.....he puts James down, but without shadow here hearing, outside
James: I wanna come!
Jacob: err....go find Peyton and see if she will play with you
James: runs up to her room and knocks on the door, sissy?
Jacob: walks outside

Cleo: follows Jacob outside

Peyton: Opens her door Yes?

James: will you play a game with me ^_^
jacob: your....mother is....well she uh.....got shot and....they couldn't save her...(you can tell it is really hard on him to say this and that he was having trouble talking about it)

Peyton: Sure. What do you want to play?

Cleo: was in shock. When she spoke her voice was as quiet as a whisper. Who shot her?

Jacob: Rixon.....
James: uhhhhhhhh I don't know....hide and go seek?

Peyton: Ok

Cleo: she was surprised by that answer. Rixon had saved her from Zane when she was little. Then he had cared for her until Emma came back along. Rixon cared for her but he couldn't replace Emma, who they though was dead at that point. How could Rixon do this? She knew he was mad when she returned to her mother but she thought that would pass. She had no idea that Rixon would ever think of killing Emma.

Jacob: you okay?

Cleo: shakes her head no. She was fighting back tears. She hated crying

Jacob: pulls her into a hug, you know.it is okay to cry.....
James: okay I hide you count ^_^ he runs off

Peyton: Ok She starts counting

Cleo: hugs Jacob back No it isn't. She remembers back to just days before Rixon took her from Zane. She was just a little girl and was crying because she wanted her mother back and Zane slapped her every time she started crying. She hadn't cried since then

Jacob: I promise you it is okay to cry
James: is well hidden
