Magma Dragons 3: A World In Chaos

Jade: Nods and blows the hair out of her face. Turning on the heels of her combat boots she trudges off.
Maddie: It still doesn't look respectful...Frowning she eventually gives up.
Carrie: Seeing a trapped snake she leans down and using a stick she tries to free it from the trap. Eventually she manages to get free, but is also bit. Walking towards Shun she extends her arm and points to the two markings.

Shun calmly looks at her. "Did it have fangs?"

Carrie: Shrugs and looks around for a stick. After she finds one she draws what it looked like in the dirt.
Maddie: Huh? What is it?

Shun rubs his neck. "Well. There's a few different snakes that could look like that but different colors. Most aren't poisonous, but... That's just most."

Carrie: Nods and signs, "I feel fine."
Ema: Using a magnifying glass on ants.
Hikaru: That's just sick...What did they do to you?
Ema: Oh, they raised me from perdition. She grins and continues to burn them.
Hikaru: Flinches and looks away, not making eye contact. Glancing towards Zephyr he winces in sympathy. Your girlfriend is a demon...

Shun nods. "Let me know if you feel off at all."

Maddie: Hey, Shun? Some guy over here wants to talk to you...

"What?" he asks and looks over his shoulder.

The guy: Got some uh...News here. Why don't you come here.

Shun narrows his eyes. "I don't know you. Who are you?"

The guy: Uh...A family friend, why?

"As I said, I don't know you," Shun says. "We've also got enough people after us, anyways."

Does your server keep crashing for FlightRising? Mine is. I will have to look into that.
The guy: Name is Chase. And I see that...Your uh, son. Kenny? Keanu? Karter? Karter. That's his name...We have been watching your family for a while. He disappeared as of two weeks ago. Any insight where he might have gone?
Maddie: We saw him a couple of hours ago, though.

It's just the FR server. When they open the registration windows and a bunch of people register at once, it puts FR on heavy load. Then it crashes and they must try to fix it up. This happens every now and then, though it didn't when I registered. It did on the last one though. Don't worry, it's not you. It's FR.

Shun stares at Chase, then looks at Maddie. "Unless it's just a look-alike. Shawn and I look very much alike, that's easy to see. If he dyed his hair my color, we'd look as much alike as Hikaru and Kaoru. Zephyr looks more like our mother than our father, so it's easy to see we're related but we don't look like twins. Same for Max."

Shawn looks at Shun. "So you're saying... maybe the Karter we saw was not actually Karter."

Okay. *Deep breath of relief.* I thought I broke it.
Maddie: It might be why he acted so violently strange today...Oh my goodness...Shun, call our children over. They all went outside late last night...
Jade: Glanced over to Zuko and back at her parents. She motioned for Zuko to tag along.

xD No. If we had a bunch of people joining like on FR, our server would have the same effect. I would then have to try to get it back up and running. This is why they only have registration windows, not open registration. If the server is continuously crashing, what good is having that website up? They must keep an eye on the amount of traffic so that they can try to prevent that sort of stuff.

Zuko walked over with Jade. Alex walked over as well.

Alex stretches. "What's wrong?"

I said breath...I meant sigh. XD And very, very true. I guess it just freaked me out since it happened only a little bit after I joined.
Maddie: Fills them in on what Chase had said. Who was with Karter the most last night? And did he randomly leave for a long time? Did he come inside? Anything that sounded or looked suspicious of him?
Jade: She shrugs. Zuko and I were in a boat the whole tim-
Maddie: What were you two doing in a boat-
Jade: She blushes and glances away. Don't ask...

Happens almost every time, don't worry. It likely won't happen any time other than during these windows. The site is also back online, by the way.

Zuko rubs his neck. "Yeah, let's not... but he was acting like his usual self."

Alex shrugs. "I didn't think he was acting weird either. Although... I suppose that maybe he was a bit more mischievous than usual. Still, it wasn't really anything out of the blue."

Maddie: Glances at the two suspiciously. What exactly happened on that boat? And are you sure he didn't go off anywhere?
Jade: Mom. Stop. This is embarrassing.
Maddie: It's my son Jade. You don't understand. You will when you are older...
Jade: What?!? NO!

Either my internet is being mean or the site just went down again.

Zuko sighs. "Anyways, I didn't see him go anywhere."

Alex thinks about it. "I think he left a while after they were on the boat."

EDIT: 'Twas my jerky internet. It hates me sometimes.

Aw. XD I know all too well that feeling.
Maddie: She points to Chase. Tell him that while I talk to your sister.
Jade: Nope. Outta here. Turning around she faced Shun. Tell mom to stop prying into my business, um...Please.

Love-hate relationship. *Hugs internet while also giving it the birdie.*

Alex looks at Chase and tells him.

Zuko walks off, not wanting to hear any more of it.

Behind it's screen. So you don't offend it.
Chase: Writes it down on a piece of paper. Okay, where is the other um...Karter?
Jade: Oh! Going to leave me to fight for myself!

Shhhh, don't let it know!

Alex shrugs. "I don't know."

Zuko throws his hands up. "Hey, you can walk away too!"

Never! *Covers it's mic.*
Chase: You guys lost the other Karter...?
Jade: Doesn't mean you have to leave me.
