McKenzie: soon walks back and walks past a hose with a pretty buckskin tobiano in a corral, she could tell it was in pain, she walks over to the corraland watches the horse a second, she looks at the house. it was completely abandoned and it looked like the poor horse hadnt been cared for in weeks, " hey boy come here" she clucks to him
the paint: pins his ears and walks away from her
mckenzie: gets a treat out of her pocket and tosses it to him
the paints ears shoot forward and he eats it and walks over to her
mckenzie: looks at him and climbs over the fence, she looks him over and pes him, the poor horse was starving, and limping, she examined his hurt leg and pulls a rock from the frog of his hoof, poor boy, she untangles his mane while siting on the rail. "im going to get ou out of here...she looks around to see a barnshe examines it and finds something, it was a note saying, if your reading this youve found my horse, take him he is yours, I have to leave him i can take care of him anymore. she looks around and finds a bridle, the hose takes the bit with no hesitation, she swings herself onto his back and rides him around the corral a second then dismounts and walks him to the gate, she opens it and hops back up on him, no saddle, just a bridle, she has him walk back to the house

Daniel sees McKenzie and rides up on Midnight. What happened to the horse?

McKenzie: dismounts and pets the horse, he was abandoned

Daniel Poor guy. I'm surprised no one took him, especially the people from the ranch a few miles from here. He rolls his eyes. They're always looking for horses to train.

McKenzie: pets the horse, he is very sweet

Daniel Most are. You've just gotta treat them right.

Chase trots up and looks at the horse. You're skinny. :3

Daniel looks at Chase and smiles. Have you met Chase yet?

Chase sees McKenzie and trots over. He tilts his head. Midnight, I've never seen her before.

Midnight She arrived not too long ago.

Chase looks at Midnight and Daniel. Will I ever have a rider?

Midnight Only you can decide that.

Mckenzie: nope

Chase looks at Apache. What?

apache: i havent had actual food in around a month, just a bit of dry grass and hardly the amount of water needed to keep me alive

Chase Well we have plenty of food here and nice humans. :3

Midnight Not all. There's a ranch a few miles away that trains wild horses.

apache looks like the paint in this but is thin and a bit beat up
Mckenzie: alright i think im going to get him some food and brush him if thats okay

Daniel Alright. I'll come.

McKenzie: okay, she leads Apache and feeds him

Apache: waits for the food, and when he is given it he eats it

Apache: nuzzles McKenzie
McKenzie: smiles

McKenzie: its fine if I keep him, right?

Daniel Well it's prefferred that the horse picks wheather he wants to stay or not. The horses here only have riders as far as we're concerned. We don't really keep them as our own. We let them to be free to roam around. That's why most of us don't use bridles or sadles. Midnight is one. He pats her neck.

Midnight playfully nudges Daniel.

Daniel X3 We don't believe a horse should be owned.

McKenzie: oh okay...she pets Apache
Apache: nuzzles her

Daniel But if you want, you can.

mckenzie: nods...I think i will let him do what he wants
