Predator Versus Prey 2

Karter chuckles. "Just your surprise," he says with a grin and orders an elephant ear (please tell me you know what that is because I told my friend I got one at the fair and he was horrified because he didn't know what it was), sugar sprinkled over it. He sits next to Ema.

Allyn hugs the puppy. "I love him!" (Can't remember the names I listed... xP)

Dante smiles. "Great!"

(Funnel cakes...<3 And I don't remember the names either...XD Um...Be creative!~)
Ema: Surprise? Besides this one? Well, when do I get to know my surprise?
Maddie: Softly smiling she nods and watches them. I am glad you did, for a moment I was afraid you might not like him.
Skylar: Eagerly nods. Katie sits down next to her, lying her head on her shoulder. What's wrong, Kat?
Katie: Just feeling really tired and stuff recently. Everything I do is exhausting me no matter how much I sleep the night before.
Skylar: Huh, that's odd. Wonder- Hey Cam!
Cameron: Mmm...sup? Gathering into the crowd of his age he scrunched his nose and gave an odd glance at the owl. What's an owl doing over here?

Karter grins. "When I choose."

"I love him!" Allyn hugged the puppy.

(Introducing NEW CHARS. Katie isn't with anyone right?)

A man walks up, clearly looking for someone. He was soaking wet, his shirt sticking to his skin. His khaki cargo shorts dripped water as if he'd gotten wet only moments before. His short brown and dyed red hair was plastered to his face. "Uh, sorry to bother but you know a, eh, guy named Karter?" he asked with an ever-so-slight Russian accent that was a bit heavier on certain words.

Dante tilts his head. "Yes, why?"

The man's face brightens and is about to answer when someone squirts him in the face with a water gun. "Nikolai!" he yelled, covering his face with his arms.

"Stop looking for him when you're supposed to be on vacation!" yelled the man that was apparently Nikolai. He had a heavier accent than the other.

"They know him!"

"What?" Nikolai stopped and lowered the water gun a bit and stared at the other man. "You out of your mind, my friend." He looked at the small group of three. "Very sorry. He, eh... He tries to find his cou-"

"Half brother," the man cut off Nikolai, who was about to say cousin.

"Obsession," whispered Nikolai to the three.

The man walks over and snatches the water gun, glaring at Nikolai.

"Take a break from it, Alfieri. The chances are slim that you'll find him and slimmer that he will actually remember you." said Nikolai.

(Right!)
Ema: Awww...That's no fair! Hopefully it will be soon, I am really excited to know what else you can have planned.
Skylar: Huh? He's with his girlfriend at the moment, why--
Katie: Don't tell strangers where our friends are! Elbowing Skylar in the side she glared at her and sighed. They will be back in a couple of hours...Or so.
Skylar: Want to join us until then? With a bright smile she gestured her arms out. By the way I am Skylar! This is--
Katie: Katie. I would rather you reserve the nickname of "Kat." For a later time.
Cameron: Hi, I'm Cameron. Nice to meet you two!
Skylar: Noticing his hair she perked up. Hey! You dyed your hair red too! Cool!

"Oh, but life isn't fair in general. Why should this be?" he said, winking at her. Karter laughs. "You'll see soon enough."

Alfieri smiles kindly. It would be hard to imagine him a threat at all. "I dyed it yesterday. My name is Alfieri, by the way. This is Nikolai," he said, squirting Nikolai with the water gun as he said so.

Nikolai made a sort of yelping sound and moved out of the way. "Hey!"

Alfieri rolls his eyes. "Karter is my half-brother. He was young when we met and I doubt he'll remember me but I have pictures he may remember."

Nikolai sighs. "Been looking for him for very long time."

Skylar: Nodding she leaned into Dante. I am sure once he realizes who you are he will be happy to see you.
Cameron: Choking on a bottle of water he stared at Skylar. Did...did you just say something rational for once?
Katie: Glaring at Cameron she decked him on the shoulder and pushed him back roughly. I'm surprised you even know what that word means. Leave her alone, alright?
Skylar: A few seconds passed by and she spoke up. Suits you pretty good!
Cameron: Rubbing his shoulder he sat down. How long are you guys supposed to be down here?

Dante glares at Cameron.

Alfieri laughs. "Indeed it does."

Nikolai smiles. "We moved here."

I forgot to respond for Ema...Heh.
Ema: It's never soon enough, silly! Warmly smiling she swished the cup of ice around, tilting her head to look into it. I always thought it was cool that if you looked hard enough you can see your reflection in the ice!
Cameron: Shrugging off the glare he watches them curiously. Moved here you say? What made you want to move here? And of all places, well that's just silly. I admit, it's not half bad here, but most people don't just randomly pop up and decide to live here.
Katie: Well, who said they were like most people, Cameron? Different is good.
Cameron: Don't be such a smart-
Skylar: NO CURSING!
Cameron: Biting his tongue he shot a glare her way. Anyways...how long have you been Here? And are you hungry? 'Cause I am.
Katie: You are always hungry.

Karter nods. "Yeah."

The two laugh, amused.

Alfieri shrugs. "Well, for one, I wanted to find my brother."

"And two," Nikolai said, "We wanted to get away from our family."

Ema: Beautiful out here, isn't it? The scenery out here is just spectacular.
Cameron: What's so funny?
Katie: Are they that bad, or did you just want to leave? She asked softly, considerately even.
Kyo: Grabbing his things he started off for work.
Skylar: They should be back in a matter of no time then...Unless Karter wanted to surprise her tonight already.

Karter nods. "Very."

Alfieri rubs the back of his neck, his smile suddenly gone. "Yeah, they're not all that great... It's not fun living with or around them."

Nikolai nods. "Add to that that there's a lot of them as well."

Ema: Finishing the things she ordered she threw them away, tussling her hair and walking back. Looking at her arms she made a funny face. I am really pale! With a soft laugh she stood in front of him. What now?

I am pale as a ghost. ;~; Or vampire. However you want to take it. You get the point.

Karter stretches. "More rides?"

Aww...It's okay. Me too. XD
Ema: Do you want to?
Katie: Oh, sorry to hear about that. I shouldn't have brought it up.
Skylar: Enough of this depressing small talk. Making a face at the last two words she stood up. Who wants to go for a late night swim?

I have not found anyone paler than me. :l

"Unless you feel like doing something else?" Karter asks.

Alfieri shrugs. "I'm already wet anyways," he says and begins to pull off his shirt.

Nikolai thinks about it a moment. "Okay."

Dante gets up. "Sure, why not."

Aww...Well, Snow White. ^^
Ema: I am up for anything you want to do, love.
Katie: Lets out an audible gasp and blushes out of embarrassment, dashing off towards her tent.
Skylar: Bubbling with joy she tells the others that are left to join them, and Seth agrees.
Seth: Stretching out he glances around at everyone who was wading or running out into the water. Several lights from the pier dimly lit the water. Skylar and Katie walked hand in hand, talking over something-- or someone.

Karter shrugs. "I don't mind what we do. Today is for you."

Nikolai chuckles. "Alfie, it seems you are attracting some attention."

Alfieri laughs. "Right." he says. "The attention of no one."

Nikolai rolls his eyes. "Keep thinking that."

Erika had went to her tent to get changed and now walks out in her black bikini. She walks over to Seth and smiles. "Heading in?"

Ema: Oh, come on. Just choose, or we will be doing this all night! A light laughter escaped as she started to aimlessly walk around.
Skylar and Katie: Turn around to watch them, a sly grin plastered on Skylar's face as she nudged Katie.
Skylar: Whispers to Katie, Like really cute. I mean, not my type, but wow. I bet he's single too!
Katie: Sh! Both glance around and burst into laughter. Think so?
Skylar: Oh, I hope so!
Seth: Smiles and nods. I am now for sure.

Karter laughs and pulls her close to him. "That still wouldn't be so bad."

Nikolai noticed the girls looking at Alfieri and hid a grin. He knew one of the girls - Skylar, wasn't it? - had a boyfriend. He'd meet with her later and see if his assumptions were correct. He balls up his shirt and tosses it aside.

Alfieri hangs his shirt in a tree to dry so that sand wouldn't get on it. He then begins walking to the water but he is squirted in the back with water. "That is COLD!" he yells, arching his back and moving out of the way of another squirt. He then runs to a tree, reaches behind it, and takes out a large water gun.

Nikolai's eyes go wide and he raises his arms. "I SURRENDER! I forgot you had that!"

Alfieri grins. "No mercy!" he yells in Russian and starts squirting Nikolai with the gun.

Nikolai cries out and starts running off, Alfieri chasing him. "What did you do, put ice cubes in that as well?!"

"Oh yes!" Alfieri responds, laughing. "REVENGE!"

Ema: Nope. Not with you-- Getting a call she sighs and hits the ignore button. It was just Cameron. Probably rolled over on his phone in his sleep. As usual.
Skylar and Katie: The two purse back laughter and Skylar grins again, cupping her hands together to yell, "Hey! Aren't you guys coming!?!"
Seth: Shaking his head he puts an arm around Erika's waist and walks out into the water. It's warmer than I thought it would be. I am glad though.
Cameron: Had fallen asleep on the deck. He had rolled over on his phone accidentally, which was frequent of him. He was tired from the days events of scaring people and such.

Karter laughs again. "Gotta love when that happens," he says sarcastically.

Alfieri stops and calls back, "One moment!" He empties the water gun on Nikolai, you was extremely cold by now.

Nikolai shivers. "I won't do it again, okay?!" He drops the water gun and runs over to the two.

Alfieri follows and stops beside Katie, Nikolai beside him now.

Dante runs over and walks beside Skylar. Smiling, he grabs her hand.

Alfieri stretches. "I win," he says triumphantly.

Nikolai glares at him and sighs. He then smiles and puts an arm on Alfieri's shoulders. "This time, my friend... This time!"

Ema: Oh, always. I can't chide him about it though, I do it a lot too...Remember? I used to do it all the time accidentally while you were at work.
Skylar: Pokes his nose. Yes? Softly smiling she glanced at two with raised eyebrows. And the next time, and the time after that, right?
Katie: Never know!

Karter smiles. "Very true. The guys found it quite amusing, too."

Nikolai sighs. "Mayb-"

Alfieri interrupts, "Yes."

"MAYBE!" Nikolai corrects.

Ema: Oh goodness! She puts her face into her hands and laughs. They knew about it? Oh, my. I bet they thought I was weird.
Katie: Splashes both of them and sticks out her tongue playfully. There, I won. Everything is settled now, right? Great!
Cameron: Rolls over again, almost falling into the water. Noticing this he rolls in the opposite direction, determined to not fall off this time.

Karter shrugs. "Well, they thought it was a bit cute... As do I."

Alfieri grins. "No... No it is not." He picks her up and walks a bit into the water. He looks at her in his arms. "You can swim, yes?"

Nikolai chuckles. "Why don't they kiss while they're at it."

Eclaire watches Cameron, trying to hold back laughter.
