Fell makes a sorta-growl-noise-but-not-really. Noise. Any read book I can say word for word. I remember night of birth. And night of fell. I remember names of all faces, no awkward. I may not talk smart now, but when old, I remember and be wise.

Tanith Did I not say that I remember that too? And you can't even tell sarcasm from actually meaning what is said.

Something explodes on the branch above them

Alia What was that??

Another explosion, this time on the trunk of the tree

Ren Get down!

Tanith falls but dug her claws into the branch everyone else is on before it was too late.She climbs back on. What on earth?!

There are a couple more explosions before all at ounce they stopped.

Alia What just happ-

There is a loud crack, and the branch moves

Ren The branch is falling!

Fell jumps on Owlen's tail and clings to it.

Tanith nearly falls again.

Jenna Everyone get off the branch!

A falling branch hits Alia across the face. Griffin turns quickly to stop her from falling off, then flies up to the next highest branch where Ren and Owlen are already waiting.

Ren Alia, you ok?

Alia wipes some blood off her face Yeah. It just stings, but I'll be fine.

Ren What happened?

Alia How should I know?

Jenna looks around. Everyone ok?

A elf on a large dragon lands near them Are you all all right?

Ren Well, we aren't dead, so...

The elf We don't know what happened yet, but the school is having a meeting at the bottom of the tree. Try and be there if you can. he leaves

Kiara sighs. How nice.

Ren I bet is was probably someone had a prank bomb that went out of control. Or a couple of prank bombs.

Alia It wasn't you, was it?

Ren Of course not! If I were to do something like this, I would at least do it on a branch so old it was bound to fall anyways. But I didn't do this.

Alia I'm going to that meeting.

Jenna We all should.

Ren -.- Gah, but I hate being low to the ground. It makes me feel small.

Alia Quit complaining. I just got hit in the face with a fifteen pound twig. Griffin leaps off the branch and dives toward the ground

Fell Fell going! he lets go of Owlen's tail and jumps off the side of the branch also

Ren takes the rear

Griffin There are a lot more elves on this stupid tree then I thought.

Owlen It's a large tree. I'm not surprised. But I'd expect more panic... it isn't every day that a branch that big falls. I wonder if it was a bomb?

Fell Not bomb. Shoot.

Tanith "accidentally" hits Fell with her tail. Sorry.

Fell hisses and climbs onto Owlen's head

A elf man stands up on a platform nearer to the trunk. Though he was far away, everyone could hear him perfectly Four dragons and their riders shot at a branch mid-tree. Jenna That was quick and really seemed like a waste of time. X3

Ren So we have to keep our eyes open for any elf and dragon. That narrows it down to ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE ON THIS FREAKING TREE.

Fell Not me! I wolpertinger. Not elf or dragon.

Alia Well, if it was a dark elf-

Griffin switches to elf if it was a dark elf you think they would stay around on this tree? They would be halfway to Veaksen now. And why would they attack us?

Fell Dark elf live under forest green in Veaksen. Veaksen bad place. Bad climate, dark elf not like elf because elf live in tree and waterfalls. And bad temper.

Jenna Keith has a bad temper and he's not a dark elf.

Fell Keith bad temper one. Dark elf bad temper all. Mean and raised that way.

Ren Either way, there's not much we can do. Either we can't find them because there's just too many potential shooters, or we can't find them because they're 200 miles away.

Jenna You haven't seen Keith's temper,Fell.Get him mad enough,and he'll throw a knife and never will he miss unless it's on purpose.
